Filtonの名作「Fermeture a glissière 08（FE08）」の形をベースに、Seleniteの独自技法を融合させた初のコラボレーションモデル。メタルフレームの表面には、熱を加えて素材を縮ませる「シュリンク加工」を施し、まるで石膏像のようなマットで立体的な質感を再現。
さらに職人によるハンドペイントを重ね、点在する模様が光を受けて奥行きを生む。
インナーセルに見える小さな点は、すべて手仕事によるもの。同じものは二つとして存在しません。
そして、TITANパット部分には、Seleniteを象徴するモチーフのひとつ、
ドビュッシーの詩の一節から着想を得た「嘘と芸術」の刻印をさりげなく。
機能性を超え、フレーム全体のストーリー性をさらに深めるディテールです。
Selefil-04は、世界限定200本のみ。

Based on the iconic shape of Filton’s “Fermeture à glissière 07 (FE07)”, this is the first-ever collaboration model that fuses Selenite’s unique techniques.
The metal frame surface features a special “shrink treatment”—a process in which heat is applied to contract the material—creating a matte, sculptural texture reminiscent of a plaster cast.
Adding to this, skilled artisans hand-paint each frame, layering delicate strokes that create subtle patterns. These scattered details catch the light and bring a sense of depth and dimension. The tiny speckles visible in the inner cell are all applied by hand, making every single piece one of a kind.
On the TITAN pads, you’ll find a discreet engraving inspired by one of Selenite’s signature motifs—“Lies and Art,” a poetic phrase taken from a line in Debussy’s verse. It’s a small but thoughtful detail, adding narrative depth to the entire frame beyond its functionality.
The Selefil-03 is limited to only 200 pieces worldwide, combining rarity with the presence of an art piece—an exceptional frame to own and experience.
